Sporting a casual look complete with a ripped shirt and jeans, the "Georgia Rule" hottie was joined by gal pal Eliat Anschel for the day's retail romp.
The sighting comes after Miss Lohan turned designated driver with a visit to Chateau Marmont the previous night.
According to insiders, the "Machete" actress was followed by photographers down Sunset Blvd to the Pacific Palisades - where she reached high speeds in her Maserati leading to the cops pulling her over.

Bob Hope’s daughter Linda Hope told press, "Like my father, George is a person who looks beyond himself to use his celebrity ... to make a difference in the world and to inspire others to do the same."
She’s always up for a good time, and earlier this evening (August 29) Julie Bowen was spotted at the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.
The “Modern Family” actress showed off her fabulous sense of fashion in a strapless, asymmetrical navy blue gown and a prom-style hairdo.
Once inside, Julie was one of the contenders for the 2010 Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
Unfortunately for her, “Glee” actress Jane Lynch ended up taking the trophy, also beating out Kristin Wiig, Sofia Vergara, Jane Krakowski, and Holland Taylor.
Enjoying a fun-filled evening, Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy made their way down the red carpet at the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards.
The “My So-Called Life” actress and her handsome husband both added some extra sizzle to the Nokia Theatre’s already super hot roster of stars.
Claire - who acted as a presenter of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Miniseries/Movie - ended up going home as the proud owner of a new Emmy Award for her work in the HBO movie “Temple Grandin" as Best Lead Actress in a Miniseries.

Ms. Poehler was glamorous in a Max Azria dress teamed with half a million dollars in swanky jewelry by Stephen Russell.

The “New Moon” actress looked annoyed as she geared up to fly out of the Buenos Aires International Airport, covering herself as she pushed past the paparazzi.
Kristen has been in town for the past few days as she’s been working on a new film on location in Patagonia.
Regarding Miss Stewart’s new mature roles such as “On The Road,” an insider told press, “Many actors who are entering adulthood want to make their own mark and stop being seen as bubblegum, cookie-cutter teen stars. Kristen likely wants to be taken more seriously as an actress – and show she’s not afraid to break out of the mold.”

Meanwhile, Miss Hilton has since denied that the purse in which police found the illegal substance belongs to her.
Her attorney released a statement addressing the matter, telling, “This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. Keeping active to begin the weekend, Jess spent the previous evening out for dinner and chit-chat with her lady friends at Boa Steakhouse.
The sightings come as Miss Alba is in the midst of promoting her new movie "Machete" - which hits theaters on Friday, September 3rd.
The 29-year-old also just announced plans to star in Robert Rodriguez's "Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World."
Robert, who also directed "Machete," told MTV of picking Jessica for his hit franchise, "I was so inspired, seeing her on [the 'Machete'] set trying to be beautiful for the camera and yet having to [run off] to change her baby's diaper. I thought, 'You know what, that would be great as a spy mom, I've got to write that in."
Sure enough, that's exactly what he did, as Rodriguez adds, "I wrote that into the script, based on her."
